Job summary

You will train Associates, maintain tags and organization, and support store operations to meet safety and productivity goals. Able to work nights and weekends with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
