Job Objective:

Provide excellent customer service to our donors at the donation door in a store. Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area. Handle each transaction with accuracy.

Essential Functions:

• Present a professional appearance, adhering to the dress code at all times.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor, greet donors, and offer assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized donation area.
• Responsible for all operations and security while on duty.
• Receive and receipt all donated materials, collecting email addresses from donors when possible.
• Safeguard all donated materials and equipment.
• Track donations according to center policy.
• Politely inform donors about unacceptable materials and offer pick-up services for heavy items.
• Sort donations as applicable.
• Report complaints, damages, or injuries occurring near the donation area.
• Sort, load, and unload trucks per center policy.
• Support production processes as needed.
• Be available for a flexible schedule.
