Vaco is partnering with a business services client to fill an interim Senior Accountant role focused on heavy reconciliations and routine general ledger work under the direction of the Controller and Accounting Manager. The assignment is on-site/hybrid in Brentwood, TN, with a 40-hour workweek.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Great Plains, and strong Excel skills (Pivots, LOOKUPs).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Great Plains.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and LOOKUPs.

Responsabilités

• Perform heavy reconciliations and routine general ledger work.
• Assist under direction of Controller and Accounting Manager.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end close.

Our Vaco team is partnering with a business services client on an interim Senior Accountant opportunity. This will be covering for day to day senior accounting duties, focused on heavy reconciliations and routine general ledger work, under the direction of the Controller and Accounting Manager.

Qualifications:

• Must have 4+ years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience Must have demonstrated experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Great Plains
• Ability to perform intermediate to advanced functions within Excel (pivots, LOOKUPs)
• This role does require someone to be on-site on a routine basis (hybrid) in Brentwood, TN.
• Candidate must be located in commutable distance to Nashville, TN.
