Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate backhaul opportunities to maximize driver utilization.
• Solicit freight from customers and brokers to secure backhaul loads.
• Use load boards and TMS to match capacity with freight opportunities.
• Monitor DOT compliance and maintain data records with accuracy.
• Communicate load status and schedules with shippers, brokers, and drivers.
