Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dispatch and backhaul experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to use computer systems and software.
• Willing to work flexible hours including shifts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor drivers and equipment for on-time delivery.
• Use routing software to optimize outbound product movements.
• Respond to driver inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor hours to ensure DOT compliance.
• Maintain dispatch and backhaul files.
• Communicate with customers and vendors as needed.
• Maintain current contact information and documentation.
