Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced RN for the PCU at Winston-Salem, NC. This 13-week contract features a night shift (12 hours) with a 1900–0700 schedule and a weekly pay package.

Responsibilities include caring for cardiology patients post CABG, valve procedures, LVADs, and transplant care, with RN: 1:3-5 staffing and telemetry interpretation. Must have BLS/ACLS/NIHSS and at least 1 year of experience.

• Beds: 22
• Average census 21

Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year

• Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, with CT surgery experience

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• CABG, Valve replacement/repair, LVADs, Heart transplant, AAA repair, Carotids, Thoracic Outlet

Patient Ratios:

• RN: 1:3-5, acuity dependent
• CNA: 1:11

Required Licensure & Certifications:

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS – Resource Team requirement
• PCCN - preferred

Skills required:

• Cardiology experience is required – cardiac post procedural experience of the following: CABG, Valve replacement/repair, LVADs, Heart transplant, AAA repair, Carotids, Thoracic Outlet
