Job summary

Auria is hiring a Software Developer-Intermediate to design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Java, C++, and Python for the Command and Control System (CCS-C) Sustainment and Resiliency (C-SAR) for DoD missions. You will collaborate with DevSecOps and systems engineers to deliver secure, scalable software in a mission-critical Linux environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and relevant work experience.
• Strong development experience with Java, C++, and Python in Linux-based environments.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, secure data exchange (JSON/XML), and service-oriented architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services, APIs, and system components using Java, C++, and Python.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, systems engineers, DevSecOps teams, and testers to ensure high-quality integration and delivery.
• Develop software components that interface with satellite ground systems, network management interfaces, and secure communications protocols.
