Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agent capabilities using Agentforce and NGA in a SaaS backend.
• Develop topics, skills, and conversation flows for sales use cases.
• Integrate agents with Salesforce Data Cloud and external data sources.
• Write prompts and optimize response generation with guardrails.
• Contribute to SDLC, testing, code reviews, and production support.
