Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience, backend focus.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and relevant technologies (AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes).
• Ability to translate simple problems into multi-component solutions with well-tested code.
• Comfort with navigating large codebases and participating in code reviews.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and proactive feedback seeking.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration with global teams.
• Equivalence of practical experience or a related bachelor’s degree.
