Job summary

Jobrapido seeks a Backend Engineer to build and own the backend platform and infrastructure for an AI-native consumer product. You will work across orchestration, model inference, and distributed systems, turning evolving AI capabilities into reliable production experiences.

You will identify technical challenges, make architectural choices, and ship features with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This fully remote role offers ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, data infrastructure, reliability and scalability.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling and production AI systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services and infrastructure for a new consumer AI product.
• Design systems that support AI-driven reasoning, integrations with tools and services, and complex user workflows.
