Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Experience as an early member of an engineering team in a startup environment.
• Track record of building and scaling products in high-growth startups.
• AI-native mindset: using AI coding tools in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Own features and systems end-to-end, from architecture to production.
• Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
• Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
• Work with product, operations, and design to turn ideas into working solutions.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Make decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve systems.
