Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (React, TypeScript) when needed.
• Deep backend expertise including API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Versatility to contribute to front-end or infrastructure tasks when required.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
