Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Python (and frameworks such as Django) and some familiarity or willingness to work with modern front-end technologies (React, Typescript) when needed.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software with a passion for learning and contributing to open-source or technical content.
• Deep expertise in backend development including API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and security best practices.
