Responsibilities

• Повышать инженерные стандарты через код-ревью и учебные практики.
• Участвовать в инцидентах с живым ценообразованием и превращать уроки в дорожную карту.

tem is rebuilding the global energy market with AI-native transaction infrastructure that makes electricity buying, selling, and pricing more transparent and efficient. Its modern utility product, RED, serves business customers and renewable generators.

Задачи:

• Build and iterate on the Pricing API to make it fast, correct, and ready for third-party access
• Lead the extraction of pricing logic into its own service, agreeing on clean boundaries with neighbouring teams
• Design systems to detect pricing errors, stop bad quotes from reaching customers, and explain prices that cannot be provided
• Raise engineering standards through design reviews, engineering standards, pairing, and multi-agent workflows
• Handle escalated live pricing incidents and turn lessons into structural roadmap fixes
• Build and manage the Pricing API behind RED, ensuring its performance and reliability
• Shape the new Pricing API and separate pricing from surrounding systems
• Make pricing measurably faster for every customer quote

Требования:

• Deep production backend Python experience, including designing and owning APIs at scale and handling escalations when they break
• Experience leading a significant decoupling or migration of a live system without breaking dependent systems
• Strong FastAPI and SQL skills, with experience in data- and analytics-heavy systems where numerical correctness affects money
• Ability to set technical direction across teams and negotiate service boundaries with neighbouring teams
• Experience designing multi-agent workflows that improve team throughput; daily use of Claude or similar
• Product engineering judgement and ability to balance speed, accuracy, and explainability
• Будет плюсом: energy pricing, fintech, or neo-utilities domain knowledge, APIs for external third parties, AWS and serverless patterns including Lambda, event-driven services, and Postgres on RDS, Polars, or a track record of making numerical code fast
