Digipal ищет опытного backend-инженера для разработки и поддержки высоконагруженных сервисов. Вы будете работать с Python, Django и Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis и S3, разворачивать приложения на Kubernetes и AWS EKS, строить REST API и интеграции, участвовать в архитектуре и улучшении платформы.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы бэкэнд-инженером или Software Engineer
• Продвинутый уровень Python

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и поддерживать бэкэнд-сервисы платформы
• Создавать масштабируемые приложения на Python/Django
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать REST API и интеграции
• Работать с PostgreSQL, Redis и S3
• Развертывать и обслуживать контейнеризованные приложения на Kubernetes/AWS EKS
• Вести деплойменты и развивать GitOps-рабочие процессы
• Мониторить продакшн-системы и устранять инциденты
• Участвовать в архитектурных решениях по масштабируемости и надежности
• Обмениваться код- и инженерными практиками внутри команды

Задачи:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services across the platform
• Develop scalable applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework
• Build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and asynchronous processing workflows
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and S3 as part of the core application platform
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Kubernetes and AWS EKS
• Own deployments and contribute to GitOps workflows and deployment automation
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems across application, database, queue, container, and cloud infrastructure layers
• Improve observability and system monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Participate in architectural decisions related to scalability, resilience, performance, and security
• Review code and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
• Identify and address technical debt where it has a meaningful impact on the platform
• Take ownership of features and technical changes throughout their complete lifecycle
• Use production insights and recurring issues to drive platform improvements
• Document technical decisions, solutions, and learnings for the wider engineering team

Требования:

• Strong commercial experience as a Backend Engineer or Software Engineer
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and integrations
• Experience with asynchronous processing and task queues
• Experience working with object storage such as Amazon S3
• Meaningful production experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
• Experience with AWS EKS or similar Kubernetes environments
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments, services, configuration, secrets, resource management, and production troubleshooting
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows, infrastructure as code, reproducible environments, and deployment automation
• Strong understanding of production engineering, system reliability, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
