Требуется 5+ лет опыта в бэкенд‑разработке, сильные навыки работы с PostgreSQL/SQL, AWS, CI/CD и продакшн‑готовностью. Преимущества: Python, FastAPI/Flask/Django. Предоставляется equity; удалённая работа в ЕС.

Qualifications

• Минимум 5 лет опыта бэкенд‑разработки в любых языках
• Глубокий опыт работы с бизнес‑логикой и сложной архитектурой
• Сильные навыки работы с PostgreSQL/SQL, ORM, миграциями и схемами
• Опыт развёртывания в AWS, CI/CD и устойчивых к продакшену основах
• Сильная рабочая этика, проактивность и прагматичный подход
• Прагматичный, быстрый, любознательный подход, принятие решений на основе реальности.

Описание: The VC-backed, rapidly scaling AI-native fintech start-up is rebuilding the financial system of record for modern businesses. It serves customers ranging from high-growth companies to publicly traded enterprises.

Задачи

• Design backend systems and APIs that run real-time, business-critical accounting logic
• Own architecture, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
• Build and ship end to end

Требования

• At least 5 years of backend engineering experience; any language
• Deep experience with complex business logic products
• Strong database skills, including PostgreSQL, SQL, ORMs, migrations, and schema design
• Experience deploying on AWS or similar, with solid CI/CD and production-readiness fundamentals
• A strong work ethic and high agency
• A pragmatic, fast-moving, curious approach, making decisions based on reality rather than theory
