Qualifications

• Ability to hike 3-10 miles over rugged terrain to access backcountry facilities.
• Aptitude to learn, be a creative problem solver, and have a hospitality focused approach to solutions.
• Valid Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one.
• High School Education or equivalent.
• Must be able to maintain flexible work/off time.
• Strong computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Work under limited direction to perform basic carpentry, maintenance, and other construction assignments.
• Understand and help troubleshoot all facility systems including, but not limited to: propane, potable water, wastewater, fire/smoke detection, electrical, solar, and waste systems.
• Competency with power tools is necessary to safely complete carpentry, maintenance, and other construction assignments.
• Contribute in a positive manner in a team-oriented approach to completing assignments. Maintain a positive attitude with other employees living and working in close proximity.
• Use our CMMS for daily maintenance task assignments.
• Complete all required trainings.
• All Construction Crew members are expected to work within safe guidelines and industry parameters to ensure safe project worksites, facilities, and practices. It is critical that Seasonal Techs recognize, practice, and teach safe work habits.
