Job summary

The Inn at Little Washington invites you to join our renowned front-of-house team and deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond dining experience. You will maintain dining rooms and assist the Front Server, upholding Forbes Travel Guide standards with exceptional guest care.

Responsibilities include entering orders accurately, keeping service stations organized, and supporting the front desk as needed. Eligibility requires being 16+, professional presentation, and CPR/Alcohol awareness certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Be well-groomed and well-presented with no visible tattoos.
• Reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Forbes Standards.
• Ability to communicate in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French.
• Certification in alcohol awareness program.
• Certification in CPR.
• Prior experience with Resortsuite and Tock.
• Basic wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain orderly side stands.
• Routinely refill water pitchers.
• Replenish the drawer with proper silverware.
• Clear the section as needed.
• Communicate with the kitchen to relay needs of the section.
• Resetting within the section.
• Provide house guests with a check-in tour and discuss rooms/history.
• Support the Front Desk as Closing Team Leader (CTL).
• Assist front desk with SOFs, valet, welcome cocktail, etc.
• Demonstrate Forbes Travel Guide standards.

SUMMARY

Assistin daily Front of House operations to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-MichelinStar experience to all guests. Maintain all aspects of the service areas anddining room. Serve as a support to the Front Server.
