Sutter Health in Mountain View, CA is hiring for a Medical Assistant role within PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation CAD. You will support providers and the patient care team through back-office tasks, patient preparation, vital signs, and injections, helping deliver high-quality care.

The position requires completion of an MA program, 160-hour externship, an HS diploma, and BLS certification. It is a short-hour, varied shift with up to 40 hours during training, and pays $33.66–$47.12 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program; diploma within 90 days.
• Completion of Medical Assistant externship (160 hours).

Responsabilités

• Provides back office and patient-related support to the care team.
• Assists with implementing the medical plan of care and coordinates workflow.
• Performs vital signs, prepares patients for exams, and administers injections.
• Maintains clear written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Operates within standard procedures and uses EHR and MS Office.
