Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review new loans from the previous day for proper documentation and data.
• Input all automated payments.
• Use exception tracking to document loans and input time-sensitive dates.
• Enter data for new real estate loans into the online tax service.
• Review real estate insurance policy exceptions and arrange force-placed insurance as needed.
• Perform UCC searches and prepare state UCC filings.
• Reconcile and balance multiple general ledger accounts related to lending.
• Adhere to privacy policies and regulatory requirements; complete training as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
