Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. in Mt. Pleasant, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Support Specialist for a back-office role with limited customer contact. You will handle loan documentation, data entry, and compliance tasks to support loan operations.

Responsibilities

• Process new loans from the previous day and review for proper documentation.
• Input all automated payments.
• Use exception tracking software to document loans and input expiration dates on time sensitive documents such as financial statements and insurance policies.
• Input to online tax service site all new real estate loans.
• Review real estate insurance policy exceptions and force place insurance through online website as needed.
• Performs UCC searches and prepares all state filing UCCs.
• Reconcile and balance multiple general ledger accounts related to the lending junction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
• Comply with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory rules governing financial institutions.
• Complete and pass required regulatory compliance training.
• Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

About The Role

Our Company’s culture supports customers in achieving their financial goals and dreams. The Loan Support Specialist position is a back office position with minimal customer contact. This position will perform a variety of clerical duties related to the booking and documentation of loans, such as scanning, filing and reviewing loan input and documentation of required loan documents. This position requires a person that is detail oriented. You’ll be able to help contribute to this by:

Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
