Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months banking or general accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Balance report totals to general ledger totals daily and correct errors.
• Review and assist with daily operational duties.
• Review items using fraud software.
• Assist with debit card fraud review and analyze patterns for fraud prevention.
• Accept and make account transfers for customers via telephone.
• Assist with processing daily wires.
• Assist customers with debit card questions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, procedures and policies.
• Comply with regulatory rules and complete training.
