Chick-fil-A Cox Road in Gastonia, NC is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for night shifts. You’ll help prepare high-quality food, follow safety standards, and work with a supportive team to develop leadership skills.

Pay ranges from $11 to $16 per hour with part-time or full-time options (about 20–40 hours/week). Evening availability Monday–Saturday and location at 424 Cox Road are required. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants or kitchens is helpful but not required.
• Paid training provided.
• Evening availability and schedule flexibility are needed for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items according to quality standards.
• Follow food-safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures.
• Work in breading, cooking, food preparation, assembly, and support positions.
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently during busy dinner periods.
• Stock ingredients and keep work areas organized throughout the shift.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment after receiving proper training.
• Communicate clearly and support your teammates.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, surfaces, and work areas.
• Complete stocking, dishwashing, food-storage, and closing responsibilities.
• Help prepare the kitchen for a successful opening the following morning.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, accuracy, speed, and safety.

You’ll help prepare the high-quality food our guests expect while developing valuable skills in teamwork, food safety, communication, organization, and leadership.

Pay: $11–$16 per hour
