Chick-fil-A Cox Road in Gastonia, NC is hiring a Front of House Team Member for the night shift. You will welcome guests, take orders at the counter and drive-thru, and help deliver a fast, friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine care
• Take accurate orders at the front counter and in the drive-thru
• Prepare beverages, assemble orders, and deliver food
• Work in indoor and outdoor drive-thru positions
• Maintain clean, stocked, and welcoming service areas
• Communicate clearly with teammates during busy dinner periods
• Complete cleaning, stocking, and closing responsibilities
• Help prepare the restaurant for a successful opening the following day
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for accuracy, speed, hospitality, and safety

You’ll help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for our guests while developing valuable skills in communication, teamwork, customer service, and leadership.

Pay:$11–$16 per hour

Schedule:Part-time or full-time, approximately 20–40 hours per week

Evening availability needed:Monday–Saturday

Location:424 Cox Road, Gastonia, NC
