Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Evening availability to work until 10:30 PM Mon-Thu, 11:30 PM Fri, 10:30 PM Sat.
• Reliable and consistent.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food quickly and accurately.
• Learn and work across multiple kitchen stations (fries, breading, boards, prep).
• Follow all food safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
• Stock products and manage inventory as needed.
• Support teammates during high-volume evening periods.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Complete cleaning and closing responsibilities with excellence.
• Reset and stock the kitchen for the next day.
• Learn new menu items, procedures, and restaurant standards.

Night Shift Availability Required

This position requires evening availability. Team Members must be able to work until:

• 10:30 PM — Monday through Thursday
• 11:30 PM — Friday
• 10:30 PM — Saturday

What You’ll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll help prepare quality food and keep our kitchen operating safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality food quickly and accurately
• Learning and working across multiple kitchen stations, including fries, breading, boards, and prep
• Following all food safety, quality, and operational standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Stocking products and managing inventory as needed
• Supporting your teammates during high-volume evening periods
• Communicating effectively with other team members throughout the shift
• Completing cleaning and closing responsibilities with excellence
• Resetting and stocking the kitchen so it is ready for the next dayLearning new menu items, procedures, and restaurant standards
• Taking initiative and looking for ways to help your team succeed
