Job summary

Chick-fil-A Frankfort IL is seeking Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook and assemble food, maintaining high safety and quality standards. You will learn station duties across fries, breading, assembling and prep while supporting a clean, efficient kitchen.

Ideal candidates are 16 or older, reliable, friendly, and customer-service oriented. You will join a team focused on growth, respect, ownership and delivering signature Chick-fil-A hospitality daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay updated on new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
