Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring for a Back of House Team Member. This role supports the independent Owner/Operator, delivering a signature Chick-fil-A dining experience. Expect a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will prep, cook, and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards, assist in kitchen stations, stock inventory, and participate in training to stay current with products and procedures. Saturdays require availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep)
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products and procedures
• Work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to dress code and Chick-fil-A rules
• Contribute to a positive guest experience

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
