Job summary

Chick-fil-A Frankfort is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support meal prep and service in a fast-paced kitchen. You will learn kitchen stations, uphold Chick-fil-A standards, and work with an experienced Operator and restaurant Leaders.

This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a locally owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
