Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in North Carolina. You will work for an independent Owner/Operator and help deliver a signature Chick-fil-A dining experience with teamwork and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Stay up-to-date with in-house training and product changes.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations and assist as needed.
• Stock kitchen inventory and keep the area clean and orderly.
• Follow safety rules, dress code, and open/close tasks as assigned.

• Full-time, Part-time - scheduled between 5am-5pm

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, efficiently and quickly, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
