Job summary

Chick-fil-A LakePoint is looking for Team Members to be the Heart of the operation, delivering exceptional service and food in a fast-paced setting.

As a BOH member, you’ll support the kitchen, ensure high-quality meals, and maintain Chick-fil-A standards for safe, accurate, and consistent service. FOH members will greet Guests, take orders, prepare items with care, and uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age upon hire date.
• Have a reliable source of transportation.
• Work effectively in a noisy, hot environment.
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
• Observe health and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Back of House (BOH) responsibilities: support the team, make high-quality food accurately, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards to ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.
• Front of House (FOH) responsibilities: welcome Guests, take orders, accurately prepare orders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a caring, memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming our Guests, being a caring order taker, accurately preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and guaranteeing each Guest knows that Chick-fil-A LakePoint cares! You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.
