Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members in Florida to contribute to a friendly, collaborative kitchen environment. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

Roles include both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible hours; you’ll learn from experienced Operators and Leaders, gain teamwork experience, and have opportunities for growth, while enjoying a supportive, engaging workplace. Closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations and maintain brand quality.
• Stock kitchen inventory and keep the area neat and orderly.
• Work safely around equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks and adhere to dress code.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
