Responsibilities

• Promote C.A.R.E. for our Team Members and Guests: Compassion, Accountability, Responsibility, and Excellence.
• Prepare and cook food according to Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen at all times.
• Follow all food safety procedures and uphold BOH health code standards.
• Ensure proper portioning and execution of recipes.
• Restock and rotate inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Communicate proactively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with a strong sense of urgency to serve Guests quickly without sacrificing quality of food or service.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A Ocean Township rules and dress code at all times.
• Demonstrate faithful stewardship of company resources and assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
