Job summary

Chick-fil-A LakePoint is seeking Team Members to deliver warm hospitality and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You will be on the front lines or behind the scenes, ensuring safe, accurate, and consistent service while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

Qualifications

• Have a reliable source of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in BOH to ensure high-quality food prepared accurately and safely.
• Work in FOH to ensure guest satisfaction, care, cleanliness and a remarkable experience.
• Welcome guests, take orders accurately, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guests feel Chick-fil-A LakePoint cares.
• Learn and follow Chick-fil-A standards; contribute to teamwork and leadership development.

At Chick-fil-A LakePoint, as a Team Member, you are the Heartof Chick-fil-A. While working with our energetic Operator, you will gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great food. You are responsible for ensuring all Guests receive exceptional Chick-fil-A service and food.

As a BOH Team Member, you will be like the behind-the-scenes director. You will not be known to the Guest by your face, but by how you make their food with care. Responsibilities include supporting the team, making our high-quality food accurately, and guaranteeing Chick-fil-A standards are upheld. You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.

Front of House (FOH):

As a FOH Team Member, you will be on the front lines; ensuring satisfaction, care, cleanliness, and a remarkable experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming our Guests, being a caring order taker, accurately preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and guaranteeing each Guest knows that Chick-fil-A LakePoint cares! You will ensure safe, accurate, and consistent service.
