Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is looking for a Back of House Team Member to join our fast, high-standard kitchen. You'll learn our recipes, prep and cook with speed, and keep your station clean while supporting a tight-knit team.

This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stand for long periods. You should be available at least three days per week, including Saturdays, with paid training and growth opportunities in a supportive, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work at least 3 days per week and most Saturdays.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment with heat, noise, and hustle.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn Chick-fil-A recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare and cook food with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized so the kitchen stays sharp.
• Work in sync with the team during high-volume rushes (we move with purpose).
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and holding procedures.
• Communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and bring a great attitude.
• Step up to help wherever needed and take ownership of the shift.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
