The Back of House (BOH) Team Lead is responsible for leading kitchen operations during assigned shifts to ensure food safety, quality, accuracy, and speed of service at Chick-fil‑A. This role sets the tone for operational excellence by coaching team members, managing kitchen flow, and upholding brand standards while creating a positive, high‑performance work environment.
