Chick-fil-A Maywood is seeking a Back of House Team Leader to oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will coach team members, train new hires, and ensure speed and accuracy, working in partnership with Front of House leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role offers training and growth opportunities.

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour A Back of House Team Leader consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces Chick-fil-A culture, and leads with a servant’s heart. BOH Leaders are operationally excellent, calm under pressure, and passionate about food quality, safety, and developing others. This role supports senior leadership by executing daily kitchen operations, coaching team members, and ensuring consistency in speed, accuracy, and food safety standards.

BOH Team Leaders lead by example and set the pace and tone for a high-performing kitchen.
