Chick-fil-A Worcester is seeking a Supervisor to embody our core values while serving guests with a servant’s heart in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on daily operations and holding team members accountable for Operational Excellence and Winning Hearts strategies.

The Supervisor will lead by example, coach staff, open/close shifts, and ensure accurate cash handling with strong communication across the team. Previous leadership is beneficial; reliable transportation is required.

Our Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Winning Hearts Everyday strategies. A Supervisor's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Supervisors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
