Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and partner with Store Management. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to the sales floor, while coaching associates and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment such as off-price, big box, or specialty stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back of House operations including receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting merchandise.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Direct associates workload and ensure merchandise protection and productivity.
