Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to join our Back of House/Receiving leadership team in Citrus Heights, CA.

You will lead receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the floor, while ensuring back-of-house organization and safety standards. As a key part of store leadership, you will coach associates, direct workload, participate in planning, and support recruiting and onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price/big box environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
