• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons.
• Flow goods to the sales floor and maintain back-of-house organization.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce losses.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure policy compliance and supervise workload and productivity.
• Directing associates and coaching in the moment with recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
