Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor for our Merrillville store. You will lead the Back of House operations, supervise associates, and partner with Store Management to drive results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the floor
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard
• Support Asset Protection and safety initiatives while promoting teamwork and diversity
• Direct associates and workload; coach in the moment and recognize performance
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
• Participate in workload planning and coordinate break times and adherence
