Job summary

Chick-fil-A West Acres is seeking a leader to drive daily operations and coach team members in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will guide 10-20 person teams, engage with guests and partners, and learn core business systems to enhance service quality.

We value ownership, initiative, and a sense of urgency to execute priorities. Availability ranges 25–45 hours weekly with early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts. Benefits include tuition assistance and health contributions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required or 2+ years of relevant experience considered.
• Reliable method of transportation.

They are responsible for supporting and innovating daily operations, coaching and developing people effectively, and maintaining high performance standards of quality and service. This role requires ownership, initiative, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency to ensure priorities are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 10-20 people at a time
• Engage with guests, vendors, and business partners
• Learn and engage with business systems
• Other duties as assigned

Availability Requirements

• Able to work between 25-45 hours a week
• Able to open (5 AM) or close (11 PM)
• Able to work Fridays and/or Saturdays

Other Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher (2+ years of relevant professional experience can be considered)
• Reliable method of transportation
