Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional culinary or prep experience.
• Strong fundamentals in recipe scaling, knife skills, and food assembly.
• Reliability, time management, and ability to work independently.
• Allergen safety certification and ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Food prep, cooking, and recipe consistency across batches.
• Dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen stewardship to health standards.
• Inventory counts, ordering suggestions, and stock organization.
• Coordinate with management and FOH for smooth service flow.
• Plan prep lists and adapt to special events and seasonal menus.
