• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, including tables, shelves, walls, steamer, kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming, and comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
