Job summary

Landed in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a kitchen prep team member to prepare a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, and desserts. You will follow CSC recipes and SOS goals while maintaining a clean, sanitary station and adherence to all kitchen rules.

You will open and close prep duties, reference the Daily Prep List, and ensure accurate portion sizes and presentation for Guest orders. Experience with a fast-paced line is preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced line kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment, and refrigeration areas.
• Follow CSC portions, recipes, SOS goals, and product standards.
• Open and close prep duties, checklists, and daily prep lists.
• Ensure proper uniform appearance, grooming, and safety practices.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to Management.
