Job summary

Whiplash Holdings DBA Starbird Chicken in Denver, CO is seeking a Back of House (BOH) team member to help deliver high-quality, fast-paced meals. You will prepare and cook food items per Starbird recipes, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down stations, daily line checks, keeping the kitchen and dining areas inviting, and supporting teammates to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 8 hours.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

As a Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-
quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll prepare and execute food and
sauce recipes according to Starbird standards, while upholding cleanliness and safety
protocols at all times.
