Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1 year of prior leadership experience.
• Full-Time Availability.
• Able to either open or close.
• Willing to work Saturdays.
• Proficient in Restaurant Operations.

• Team Leadership & Support: Assign positions, adjust staffing as needed, encourage and motivate team members.
• Operational Excellence: Address bottlenecks, ensure checklists and safety procedures are followed.
• Food Safety & Quality: Monitor handling, complete safety and quality checks, track waste.
• Training & Development: Provide coaching to grow team members.
• Communication & Accountability: Lead huddles, enforce rules, handle disciplinary conversations.
• Guest Experience: Drive fast service, cleanliness, and proactive team behavior.

Role Description:

Back of House Managers execute consistent operational excellence. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient food service while leading and supporting the Back of House. Success will be gauged through achieving and maintaining goals and responsibilities given by Directors, General Manager, and Owner/Operator. Similarly, they ensure that all standards laid out in the Team Member Handbook are being met on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Stand/work for several hours at a time.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to lead from position.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Treat the team and guests with honor, dignity, and respect.
• Have a coachable spirit and a growth mindset.

General Responsibilities:
