Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support the kitchen in Michigan. You will prepare, cook, and present food while maintaining safety and efficiency to meet Chick-fil-A standards.

The role emphasizes knowledge of kitchen stations, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Flexible scheduling is available, and you will work under an independent Owner/Operator.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area neat and clean at all times.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; complete opening/closing tasks as assigned.
• Stay updated on new products and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Participate in in-house training and stay current on changes.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
