Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen operations with speed, accuracy and a commitment to quality.

This role works in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment under the guidance of an independent Owner/Operator, handling food prep, cooking and assembly to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining a clean workstation, and staying up-to-date on new products while following safety and dress code rules.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Follow appearance guidelines (no visible facial tattoos, no more than 2 stud earrings in each ear lobe, only 1 small stud in nose)
