Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cobb Corners is seeking a Back of House Leader to guide a high-performing BOH team, overseeing scheduling, inventory, food safety, and continuous improvements. You will foster servant leadership and drive operational excellence.

You will mentor Shift Leaders, conduct 60-day evaluations, and ensure cost control while achieving KPIs for speed, taste, quality, and cleanliness. This role collaborates with Directors and Operators to uphold CFA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support BOH Shift Leaders, Certified Trainers, and Team Members across all shifts
• Build a leadership pipeline by mentoring and developing high-potential individuals
• Facilitate monthly Leadership meetings to ensure clarity and consistency
• Ensure smooth shift operations
• Conduct 60 day evaluations for new hires
• Lead the BOH team to meet or exceed goals in speed of service, taste, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage labor efficiency while balancing guest satisfaction and team wellness
• Collaborate with the Directors, COO, and Operator to meet KPIs
• Hold BOH team accountable to all policies and procedures
• Provide both formal and informal feedback to team on an ongoing basis
• Ensuring Operational Checklists are being completed and corrective actions is being taken
• Meeting food cost goals
• Ensuring repair and maintenance is being completed properly
• Overseeing CFA systems of chicken allocation, inventory, shared table, and self assessments
• Ensuring the team meets or exceeds inspection goals

Job description

As the Back of House Leader at Cobb Corners, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service. You'll oversee all BOH operations including, but not limited to, scheduling, food waste systems, inventory, inspections, development, and assessments. You are expected to lead with humility, excellence, adaptability, reliability, trust and be a servant leader.
